What file formats can you print? We accept most common image file formats including JPG, BMP etc. We are also able to print from RAW files if your digital camera supports this format.
What is the best file size for printing? We recommend that the image file is over 500k for standard prints and should be higher for larger prints. If smaller image files are used they may have a pixelated effect when enlarged to fit onto canvas.
How accurate is the colour? We print using a 12 ink process. This gives a far better quality and accuracy of colour than printers that use just the 4 colours cyan, magenta, yellow and black.
What are the frames made of? We use kiln dried wooden frames which are stronger than standard frames to prevent warping.
Do you offer custom sizes? Yes we can offer a number of different width and height options, please contact us for any custom size that you require
How quickly will I receive my print? We usually process each file within 24 hours of receiving it. Your finished print is then packed ready for collection by our delivery service.
Can I collect my print? Yes, of course, we would be delighted to meet you. Just call into our office in Truro. Please call first to confirm that your print is ready for collection.
Can you post out of the UK? Yes, we can post overseas, please see our international shipping rates.
The print is a gift, can you wrap it? Yes we offer a gift wrapping service which includes a card with your message to the recipient.
Is your process automated? All our prints are processed manually, this ensures that the colour and quality of the print remains high at all stages of the production process.
